Can Grief be a Gift?
In this Podcast, Rachel is in conversation with Jane Duncan Rogers, founder of the Before I Go Solutions method.
Recovery is an uncomfortable word to use in relation to grief. It can make us afraid that we might forget the one we love or forget what we have suffered.
It has been my experience that recovery puts us in touch with love again. Love for ourselves, love for our beloveds who have died, and love for life.

I teach the Grief Recovery Method programme. This is an evidence-based programme that has been helping grievers for fifty years, across forty countries.
The Grief Recovery Method helped me move on from domestic abuse, devastating court proceedings, bereavement, and other more intangible losses, like the loss of faith. It is a peer-led programme, so I teach by example.
Where are you in your grief journey?
The key to finding peace through the Grief Recovery Method is your willingness to look at your grief, wherever you are on your grief journey, and take the action steps to bring peace to your heart.
Do you have the time?
The Grief Recovery Method is a 7-session programme. Each session lasts between 30 and 90 minutes, and there is reading and exercises to complete between sessions.
Can you afford it?
I charge £60 per session. The first is free to give you the opportunity to find out if it is right for you, so the total is £360, paid up front, or per session.
